Refund policy

  1. Should the order fulfillment be delayed for more than 40 business hours, the client is entitled to a full refund.
  2. Should the client not confirm the order fulfillment via email or phone within 40 business hours upon effecting payment, the client shall receive a full refund.
  3. The client is entitled to a full refund should the order not be fulfilled without substantial reasons by the deadline mutually agreed between the client and italentbase.com. Should the client not accept the proposed prolongation conditions, the client shall a) receive a full refund if the delay is caused by italentbase.com employees or internal systems; b) receive a partial refund if the delay is caused by external factors.
  4. Italentbase.com is entitled to retain up to 50% of the initial payment should the client request order cancellation after the fulfillment has started.
  5. The client is entitled to a full refund should they opt to cancel the order upon hiring a specialist.
